International Journal of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Diseases are both the inherited forms of diseases differing in the patterns of inheritance. The complex interaction of multiple of disposing of genes and several other factors resulted in both of these diseases. Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases that result in the loss of neurons irreversibly. The disease is diagnosed based on the neurologic examination while the symptoms include impairment in judgment, orientation to the physical surrounding, memory, decision-making. After the Alzheimer's disease, the second most common neurodegenerative disease or disorder is the Parkinson's disease that is characterized by parkinsonism clinically and by the loss of electrons pathologically. The Parkinson's disease is most likely to begin earlier that the Alzheimer's disease, however, both caused by the destruction of brain cells. The cognitive decline is common in both the diseases but it is found significantly more in the patients suffering from the Alzheimer disease(Del Campo et al., 2012).
