As the ERP Operations Lead, he successfully designed and implemented a 24x7 global service operation to support 166 ERP systems and over 1,000 interfaces, effectively serving 30,000 end users across 84 sites worldwide. This infrastructure ensured that Alcon maintained high operational standards despite the complexities of its separation from Novartis.
